Built and packed to survive the journey.
Compressed furniture lives or dies on production discipline. A sofa that will spend weeks compressed in a carton, then weeks more in a sea container, must be built and packed to a higher standard than furniture delivered locally. This is how VLALA controls that standard across two dedicated partner factories.
Long-term partners, not spot-market suppliers.
VLALA works with two vetted factories that specialize in compressed upholstered furniture — vacuum-packing lines, compression-tested foam and export-standard carton engineering. Both operate under VLALA specification.
Honest Pricing
Orders flow to the most efficient line, so pricing stays competitive without shortcuts.
Survivable Capacity
Peak season or a constrained line — a second factory keeps your lead times alive.
Independent QC
Quality is checked by VLALA, not by the factory making your product.
From raw material to sealed carton.
Every order passes four staged inspections. Nothing ships on faith.
Incoming Materials
Fabric, foam and frame components checked against the agreed specification — including foam density and recovery, which matter more than anything else in compressed furniture.
During Production
Seaming, stitching and frame assembly inspected on the line. Upholstery tension and fabric alignment verified before any sofa is approved for packing.
Compression & Packing
Where compressed furniture is won or lost: packing pressure, vacuum seal integrity and carton construction — with sample cartons drop-tested to simulate real freight handling.
Recovery Test
Sample units are unpacked and monitored through full foam recovery — 24 to 72 hours back to intended shape and comfort. Confirmed before the batch ships, not after you receive it.
You approve what ships.
Before any container is sealed, VLALA provides documentation of your specific batch — you approve what ships, or we fix it before it leaves the floor.

Specifications & Testing Documents
Confirmed specification sheets — foam density, frame construction, fabric composition, compressed carton dimensions and weights — are provided with quotations on request. If your market requires specific compliance documentation, tell us during quotation and we confirm exactly what can be provided before you order.
We do not make claims we cannot document.
Engineered for one of the longest sea routes in furniture.
Weeks of humidity, handling and stacking. Our packing standard — vacuum seal, moisture protection, reinforced export cartons — is engineered for exactly this journey. Our damage-claim target is simple: zero.
